The TV stand is the most looked-at piece of furniture in the house, which makes it a strange thing to buy in particleboard. We handcraft solid wood TV stands and media consoles in our Los Angeles workshop, milled, built and finished in-house, sized to your television, your components and your wall instead of to a warehouse shelf.

Custom matters here more than almost anywhere. A media console needs to be the right width for the room, the right height for viewing from your actual couch, and honest about what lives inside it. Soundbars, consoles, cable boxes, a record player and the vinyl to feed it. We build in drawers, shelves and cabinets to fit what you own, with cable cutouts and ventilation planned from the start so the wiring disappears and nothing cooks.

Every piece is solid hardwood through and through. Choose black walnut for a rich mid-century look, white oak for something pale and modern, or our naturally fallen Southern California hardwoods, elm, ash and sycamore milled from local trees. Steel legs and frames come out of our own metal shop in black, brass, bronze or a custom color. Hand-applied hard-wax oil keeps the surface warm, matte and easy to renew.
