White Oak Dining Tables

White oak is the quiet achiever of the hardwood world. Pale, tight, architectural grain that suits Scandinavian rooms, Japandi rooms, coastal rooms and pretty much any room that gets natural light. It is also one of the hardest-wearing species we work with, which is why it shows up in everything from farmhouse floors to whiskey barrels. Every dining table in this collection can be built in solid white oak, handcrafted to order in our Los Angeles workshop, where each piece is milled, built and finished in-house.

A white oak table stays light and calm where walnut goes dark and dramatic. The straw and biscuit tones take on a gentle amber warmth over the years, and the ray fleck in quartered boards adds a subtle shimmer you will never find in a laminate lookalike. We finish every top by hand with hard-wax oil, which keeps the wood matte and touchable, protects against spills, and can be refreshed at home for decades of use.

Solid means solid. The whole table is white oak, not a veneer wrapped over a composite core, so the edges, the underside and every future sanding are all real wood. Steel bases and details come from our own in-house metal shop in the finish your space calls for.
