The Belle Curve is a singular creation with a dyadic soul, designed for those who appreciate enduring style, impeccable craftsmanship, and truly exceptional dining. This significant statement piece is handcrafted for the most discerning households who also aren't afraid to hold a rockin' rager.

Named after Belle Starr, the legendary American outlaw who refused to play by anyone else's rules, this organic modern dining table embodies that same rebellious spirit. Belle knew how to command attention while staying true to herself, and this piece does exactly that in your dining space.

The flowing silhouette combines midcentury modernism with Scandinavian restraint, creating something that feels both familiar and completely fresh. Those sculpted catenary arches aren't just stunning to look at, they're masterfully engineered from two layers of pressed hardwood that form incredibly strong 3-inch thick legs positioned to maximize legroom for everyone around the table.

This luxury custom dining table emerges from solid lumber rescued from trees that fell naturally throughout Los Angeles. Instead of watching these magnificent specimens become landfill waste, we transform them into heirloom pieces that carry their original strength into your home.

The stacked bullnose edging with rounded corners creates a soft, inviting surface that feels wonderful under your hands while maintaining the structural integrity needed for decades of use. Every curve and contour is shaped by our craftspeople who understand that true luxury lies in the details most people never notice.

The natural hard-wax oil finish penetrates deep into the wood fibers, enhancing the grain patterns while providing protection that improves with age. This finish allows the material to breathe naturally, developing character through years of family meals and memorable gatherings.

Our Los Angeles workshop team sculpts each high end hardwood dining table using methods that respect both the wood's natural properties and the vision behind the design. The result is furniture that feels substantial yet graceful, perfect for intimate dinners or grand celebrations.

This isn't furniture for following trends. It's for people who set them, who understand that authenticity can't be faked and quality can't be rushed. Each Belle Curve table is crafted to order, ensuring yours captures the outlaw spirit that made Belle Starr a legend.

Because rebels deserve furniture as bold as they are.

our urban hardwoods
sycamore, elm & ash

These sustainable planks come from non-farmed trees that recently fell in our metropolitan environment. Local urban-lumber milling companies such as Angel City Lumber and Street Tree Revival will retrieve them and turn them into beautiful dimensional lumber, rather than allowing them to be sent to landfills. We've fostered excellent relationships with these organizations (noble, good-looking heroes whom we love dearly), so they'll call us when the newest batches are about to be dried and milled.

Our Reclaimed Wood
Old-growth Doug fir

We respect the use of all reclaimed wood, but at Parkman we only use salvaged lumber from Los Angeles County structures that were built about 100 years ago or more. This old-growth wood is derived from ancient trees that, thankfully, are no longer being deforested. We prefer this sustainable lumber due to its natural durability and beauty. Conversely, most furniture wood these days comes from farms that cut their crop young, leaving the lumber comparatively soft and bland. These farms also use massive amounts of energy and water, unnecessarily damaging the global environment.

& fair wages

We perform all of our woodwork and metalwork in our Los Angeles workshop so that we can personally oversee every aspect of your build. Most shops you'll come across simply design and market products, but don't actually build any furniture, preferring to outsource the physical work to offshore or lower quality white label shops. We lean into the entire process, from inception to inspection, and pay fair wages with benefits to our expert craftspeople.
